Informational Use
Website and Alexa app content is provided for general information. It is not a substitute for an in-person garage door safety inspection. Garage doors, springs, cables, tracks, and openers can be dangerous when damaged or under tension.
Amazon And Alexa App Terms
The Valiant Garage Door Alexa app provides informational responses about emergency garage door safety, broken spring warnings, service areas, booking direction, and contact information. It does not open, close, or control garage doors, does not process payments, and does not guarantee technician availability.
If Alexa guidance conflicts with visible safety conditions, stop using the door and call Valiant Garage Door or another qualified technician.
800.com Calls, Texts, And SMS Terms
By calling, texting, submitting a form, requesting an appointment, or otherwise messaging Valiant Garage Door, you authorize Valiant Garage Door and its communication providers, including 800.com where used, to respond to your inquiry by phone, text, SMS, or other service-related communication.
Service-related messages may include appointment coordination, estimate follow-up, arrival updates, dispatch notes, photo requests, customer support, and repair follow-up. Message frequency varies based on your request and appointment activity. Message and data rates may apply.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of buying services. If supported in a text thread, reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. You can also request help or opt out by calling 925-409-4974 or emailing vm@valiantdoor.com.

Service Estimates And Safety
Online, voice, phone, or message-based estimates are preliminary until a technician inspects the door system. Final pricing and recommendations depend on actual parts, site conditions, safety issues, and customer approval.
